  For more than 17 years, Paschall Plus has been specializing
in both residential and commercial service and repair. During this time, no one has served
the Reno, Sparks, Carson City and Lake Tahoe areas with a higher quality of customer care.In 1995, the Paschall organization acquired Mel's Plumbing
& Heating and Valley Drain (which later became Royal Flush
Drain Service). This allowed the company to diversify and it now provides a wide array of
services including plumbing, heating,
air conditioning, excavating, and drain work.
The company's founders, Jim and Julie Paschall, started the company
following a family tradition. Jim, the son of an Oregon plumber, opened Paschall
Plumbing in Sparks in 1983, taking advantage of a booming construction market.
Since then, the company has experienced tremendous growth. Still
through all the success, one thing has never changed.
"At every level--whether it's employees, customers or
vendors--everyone wants to be treated with respect," says Jim.
