The plumber who came to install my vanity and toilet in my master bath
provided me with an estimate that was much more than what I had anticipated to spend. He
graciously explained why, and I told him to proceed. He was very patient with me and added
to my embarrassment in no way.I had to leave to return to work. I was completely
comfortable with leaving my daughter at home while he performed the work. When I came home
that night, my daughter told me when he left she went into the bathroom to clean after
him, only to find the bathroom left completely immaculate. This, naturally, was much to
our surprise as we were not accustomed to such professionalism. Not only was the bathroom
clean, but the vanity and toilet he installed was absolutely perfect, and he even caulked
to ensure a waterproof installation. I cannot emphasize how pleased I am with his work.

As an integral part of my annual maintenance agreement with
Paschall Plus, Mike performed the routine diagnostic on my house’s plumbing,
discovering a rather troublesome leak underneath my house. It involved ripping up part of
my driveway to get to the problem, and a nice chunk of change to do so. Once I said go,
both Mike and Marc came out promptly to address my dilemma. They did a fantastic job,
doing all they could (and more) to ensure the repairs were done completely, with the least
amount of disturbance and cost possible. I don’t think I’ve ever met more
concerned, considerate, knowledgeable, or skilled people. They explained everything they
were doing as they were doing it; took time to explain the situation to the insurance
adjusters that came to ensure the work was covered by my homeowner’s policy; kept the
work area as clean as possible, and were almost apologetic about giving me a bill. The
finish work that Marc did on the cement was nothing short of beautiful! The staff in the
office were also very helpful. I tell anybody who asks to call Paschall Plus, as their
work is exemplary, and you can trust them to do what’s required without worry or
hassle.
